Lunches

We offer hot lunches served in clay pots so the food will keep hot. The tableware we use is first class. What we offer is

  • 3 kinds of starter.
  • 6 kinds of main dishes
  • 6 kinds of desserts
  • kinds of hot drinks (coffe, tea, tea herbs)
  • Optional alcoholic drinks that are not included in the menu.

Next we present different kinds of buffets:

CRIOLLIAN BUFFET (PERUVIAN FOOD)

Starte: Menestron, Papa a la huancaina (Potatoes served with a special spicy sauce, olives, lettuce and egg), Causa rellena.

Main dishes :Seco de cordero (Boiled beans with a lamb stew in green sauce, always served with white rice and raw onions seasoned with lemon and aji), Carapulcra (It is made from dried and diced potatoes with pork, steak and rice), chicken with rice, beans, filled potatoes, rice.

Desserts: Suspiro a la limeña (shaked white of egg with sugar served with a sweet cream), mazamorra morada (a jelly like dessert made from purple corn) rice with milk, picarones (fried sweet mass like donnuts) crema volteada (flan).

INTERNATIONAL BUFFET

Starter : Rice salad, Spinach salad, Waldorf salad, Tuna salad, Alpaca Carpaccion, Criolla soup..

Main dishes : Filled trout meniere, rolled chicken with orange, steak with 4 pepper, veggie lasagne, filled yucas, smashed potatoe, rice with corn, vegetables.

Desserts: Chocolate mousse, mango bavarois, strawberry bavarous, fruit muffins, nuts cake, chocolate cake, rice with milk.

PACHAMANCA (MEALS COOKED UNDERLAND)

Starter: Two kinds of soups, salads.

Main dishes: Guinea pig, steak, chicken, pork, alpaca, lamb.

Desserts: Corn cake, pumpkin mazamorra, muffins, fruit mousse, sauco pie, awaymanto pie.



NOVO ANDINO BUFFET

Starter : Hot pepper souffle, Chaufa de quinua, Cebiche (cut seafood into small pieces and then mixed with lemon juice and left to sit for 1hr. Next, it is mixed with onions, celery, cilantro, salt and black pepper. The dish is served cold), yuca suplette, tarawi sauce.

Main dishes : Kiwicha chicken fingers with elder fruit sauce, trout with sesamo sauce, alpaca sliced steak, risoto de quinua, stewed alpaca steak, mixed skewers, chicken with kiwicha.

Desserts : Dulce de ahuaymanto (ahuaymanto boiled in water with sugar) quinua cake, kiwicha cake, quinua zambito, capricho de peras.

ANDEAN BUFFET

Starter : Two kinds of soups, Solterito de habas (beans) Cusco salad.

Main dishes : Roasted pork, bakes guine pig, huatias , filled hot pepper, corn, fried trout.

Desserts : Corn cake, pumpkin mazamorra, tamalitos, muffins, fruit mousses, sauco pie, awaymanto pie

PERUVIAN BBQ

Starter : Homemade soup, criolla salad, walldorf.

Main dishes : Steak, chicken, pork, lamb, two kinds of sausage, baked potatoes, chips.

Desserts : Chocolate cake, lemon pie, fruit salad, mazamorra morada, rice with milk, sauco pie .
