System of Payments, Cancellations and Reservations:

  • The prices of each activity are in North American dollars; these prices are net prices, not commissionable and include Peruvian taxes. The prices are in force only for 2005.
  • The prices include the round trip transportation, assuming that the passengers are in any hotel in the Sacred Valley. In case the passenger is in Cusco, they will have to pay USD 35.00 for the round trip to this city.
  • Reservations must be made at least fifteen days in advance. You will have to make your reservation by paying 50 % of the total amount which has to be paid 2 days before the activity, otherwise the reservation will be canceled.
  • Likewise the reservations can be confirmed at the last minute according to the operative capacity of Explore Peru, in this case they will have to pay the total amount of the price of the activity before it’s started. It’s also possible to charge the guest this amount in advance.

Cancellations and Penalties

Once the reservation is made the customer can call it off under the following terms of penalty :

  1. There is not penalty if the reservation is cancelled up to Three (3) days before the reserved date
  2. Likewise, the client will be charged the full amount if the passenger does not arrive at the arranged date .

On the other hand, Explore Peru will be able to cancel the activity 24 hours before the arranged date or the same day of the activity due to the following circumstances :

  1. If the activity had not been cancelled before initiating it
  2. Social or political issues in the zone of the activity
  3. Natural or artificial catastrophe in the zone of the activity
  4. Bad weather for the accomplishment of the activity
  5. If the client is under the effects of alcohol or drugs
  6. If the client doesn’t have proper physical conditioning
  7. Restrictions for the participants

We recommend not joining any of our excursions to the following people :

  1. Those who suffer from heart diseases or asthmatic affections.
  2. Those who are under effects of drugs or alcohol
  3. Those who are under a post-surgery treatment

Before starting any activity, all the participants (passengers,, guides and / or agents) will have to fill an exoneration card of physical risk responsibilities. They will have to follow all the instructions of the entertainers and use always the protective equipment required during the activity.
